Specific Job Duties

  • Process incoming mail. This includes opening, date stamping sorting and routing the mail to the appropriate party
  • Log and track the incoming mail utilizing various Microsoft Office Applications
  • Process returned mail and re-route mail not belonging to the Section/Branch
  • Update suspension of collection codes in a Mainframe application
  • Update and resolve work tickets in a web based tracking system
  • Process various administrative tasks as assigned including, but not limited to, the preparation of spreadsheets, internal forms, supply orders and filing

 

Employees should possess the following knowledge and/or skills:

  • Experience working in an office environment processing, tracking and distributing large volumes of mail and other various administrative requests in an accurate and timely manner. Most tasks are expected to be processed under strict
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite Products, specifically, Word, Excel and Access to track incoming documents
  • Experience working in an office environment processing large volumes of customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks are expected to be processed under strict
  • Experience with data entry into an automated
  • Experience working in a team environment to achieve results and ensure customer satisfaction is delivered
