Are you able to work in a fast pace environment? We are looking for someone who can maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintain supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items. Serve as the main receptionist; answer any questions; forwarding messages and keeping team members informed on any new updates. Maintain team meal schedules, coordinate all team meals with on-site catering and managing of stocking of office supplies and pantry. Coordinate with on-site security to ensure that all rooms are secure. Gather all event materials used on site and coordinate return delivery. Gather all final media used on site (music, graphics, video, presentations, etc) and coordinate return delivery. Handling delegation of all local errands such as last minute purchases. Make arrangements for staff on location, such as booking meeting rooms or ordering food. Create project binders for on site staff. Track all event materials required on site and coordinate delivery of materials to event site.
